Starting Strength A
Squat: 3×5 @ 225 lbs.
Overhead Press: 3×5 @ 100 lbs.
Deadlift: 1×5 @ 310 lbs.
It's the first "real" day of Starting Strength! From now on, it's tapered warmups followed by 3 sets of 5--unless it's the deadlift. Then things get a little more complicated, as you will see.
