Squat: 5×3 @ 315 lbs.
Bench Press: 5×3 @ 175 lbs.
Barbell Row: 5×5 @ 225 lbs.
Weighted Dips: 3×5 @ BW + 12.5 lbs.
Body Weight: 193.6 lbs.
I might have been able to get four squat reps on at least the first set, but I just didn't push for it, for whatever reason. I also took it easy on the bench press on account of my shoulder, which is feeling better, but not 100%.
