Overhead Press: 3×5 @ 115 lbs.
Deadlift: 5×5 @ 310 lbs.
Body Weight: 197 lbs.
Notes
Since I finally broke new ground with my overhead press, I decided to reduce the volume to 3×5. I doubt I would have made 5×5, anyway.
