StrongLifts A
Squat: 3/3/3/2 @ 320 lbs.*
Bench Press: 5×5 172.5 lbs.
Barbell Row: 5×5 192.5 lbs.
Body Weight: 202.5 lbs.
I wasn't able to get three reps on my fourth squat set. But I did get three reps on the first three sets. So, by my rules, I'm adding 5 lbs. next time and shooting for 3×3. Wish me luck.
Also, I set PRs on all my lifts.
