Bench Press: 5/5/5/5/4 @ 175 lbs.*
Barbell Row: 5×5 @ 195 lbs.**

Body Weight: 201.5 lbs.

*I missed the last rep! So I am switching to 3×5 at 180 lbs. next time.

**I think my form is starting to suck. But the barbell row is the least important lift, so... I'm pushing on. I'll work on form during my next de-load.
