Squat: 5×5 @ 290 lbs.
Bench Press: 5×3 @ 177.5 lbs.*
Barbell Row: 5×5 @ 197.5 lbs.
Body Weight: 201.5 lbs.
*I only got four reps on my first bench press set... So, to maintain progress, I switched to 5×3. Hopefully, can continue to get at least three reps per set for a long time. Wish me luck!
